Following on from excellent remix efforts from Newworldaquarium and Just For One Day, the next single to be plucked from Morphosis' most excellent long player is 'Too Far'. The artist doing the re-working this time is Ostgut Ton and Berghain frontman Marcel Dettmann who here delivers his 'Dettmann Definitions' which will sit on the release alongside the dark-wave original cut from Morphosis himself.
'Definition 1' is a slowed and stripped back bit of deep dark house, whilst 'Definition 2' lets some light in and bounces along a more buoyant groove, with both tracks keeping the spirit of the original alive within thanks to the sparring use of its vocal. Essential stuff...
