Redshape's remix is a nice take on the timeless "Trespassers"... he manages to retain the depth and feeling of the original while adding a darker vibe with that menacing bassline... The Quince reconstruction is deep, driving and hypnotic... fresh techno for the floor with the lights down low! Looking forward to playing these tracks out... many thanks!

I think we've got 4 winners here ;-) Can't really choose a favorite, all rmeixes have something strong going for them. The weird wobbly shake of Shed's interpretation, the hypnotic groove of Redshape, Steve's always effective old school approach and the spaced out dub from Quince.. Will try them all out at some point for sure! thanx for the wicked choons. Pies!!

"Trespassers" is one of my favourite tracks since I got it. Has always been in my bag and played many times. The redshape treatment is amazing and takes it deeper into the night. So I will play both from now on. Taho get´s a tooly treatment by Quince which I also apreciate highly. Great! Would love to get a vinyl-copy.

Newworldaquarium's classic Trespassers "Redshape remix is what I like techno, house formula that journey`s the listener imagination. Energy Fields - Quince dubbed out mix is just as stunning. both reworks deserve two thumbs up!! I will play them both.
Chymera (Berlin) wrote

Excellent package. I can't choose between the redshape and the quince reworks, both have their distinct merits. The redshape is a slowburning groover that builds and builds and the quince is a nice little dubby workout with a great rhythm. I can play both these out at various points in my sets with ease. nice!

Interesting combination, Redshape vs Peteri. And it works too. I like how he stays close to the original yet inserts some dubby bits and bobs that do the trick. Quince seems to be on top of things too, with his reconstruction. Lots of space, in a Swayzak kinda way. Me likee.
