Having established his Fachwerk label as a go-to imprint for heavyweight but funky techno, Berlin abased Mike Dehnert has begun stretched his legs in recent times. Two full length albums have seen him explore everything from stripped techno to acid, deep and dirty house and beguiling sound design in production form, whilst his DJ sets explore similar territory in the club. Respected by serious heads and peers alike, the rawness and realness of Dehnert's sound is what has rightfully propelled him to the top of the techno tree.
